Welcome Byron to Introversion!
I'd like to extend a warm welcome to Byron, our newest member of staff and our latest addition to the IV dev team. Byron comes to Introversion with a considerable wealth of technical experience after working in the games industry for 10 years as a coder, and he'll be helping us with Multiwinia and Darwinia+ in the run up to launch.
This is also a significant moment in Introversion's history, as the total number of members in the Introversion Software Worker's Union, now exceeds the number of directors! |

Introversion submits to Facebook
Ok we admit this could be a move into the dark-side but we thought it might be a nice way of keeping in touch with people and hopefully meeting up with a few new faces along the way.
If you're on Facebook and would like to say hello you'll find us under Introversion Software with a photo of the team in full military regalia.
In order to stimulate a bit of community spirit, we'll be entering all Facebook friends into a prize draw and we'll be giving away some very cool special-edition Multiwinia game packs to three lucky winners once Multiwinia is released
See you there!

Chris gives live interview with Gamasutra
This Wednesday (2nd April) Chris will be speaking in Gamasutra's first ever live webcast. In an in-depth Q&A, Chris will discuss the complexities of procedural content generation and explore the role it has had to play in Introversion's past and upcoming titles.
It's a one hour talk, starting at 11am PST/ 7pm GMT and they'll be time for questions from the audience at the end. In order to listen to the event, you'll need to register here.
The event is sponsored by HP and Intel, and they'll be giving you the opportunity to win yourself a nice HP L3065 30” Flat Panel Monitor if you take part in the post-event survey. So let us know your thoughts after the talk and we hope you enjoy! |
